Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, return the unused portion to us for a full refund. Details are given under the 'Shipping & Returns' link at the bottom of this page.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We ship USPS Priority Mail and we ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. That would put delivery of your order to you in the United States within two to four business days of us receiving your order. If we're shipping internationally, we ship Standard International Shipping and it will take 1-4 weeks on average.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship internationally to 25 countries. During checkout, put the name of your country in and if we ship there, it will let you check out.
Do you make your skincare products yourself or are your products made by a third party?
Jenny and I handcraft our skin care products ourselves in small batches, 8 jars at a time. We tried doubling and tripling the recipe, but the texture doesn't remain the same. It's time consuming to handcraft our products in small batches, but we achieve a superior finished product, one that works and one that our customers love.
Since your products are all-natural, do I need to keep them in my fridge?
No, none of our all-natural products need refrigeration. Normal room temperature is all that is required.
What is the shelf-life of your all-natural products?
Eighteen months minimum, but you will use up the entire jar well before that. Vitamin E is a natural preservative, and we use hefty amounts of it in our products. We have tested this,
and we have 'test jars' of Skin Serum Formula 1225 that are still looking great and still acting great on skin two years after handcrafting them.
